Voting Limits

This might be a little complex, I'm pretty new and green to coding and website design. My website is an online singing contest and I would like to have it where someone could vote as much 5 times daily, everyday for as long as our contest is going on. At present we just finished a contest round, but when we're ready for a new round we would like to have the voting plugin ready for action. So how do I do what I need to do? Do I need to register users, or can I just use IP addresses? Is this plugin set to do that out of the box or does it need coding? Thanks.

For now Like Button plugin allows to conduct an anonymouse voting, it is not tracking users

Plugin allows to set voting frequency to every minute, hourly, daily, etc.
For you we can implement a custom voting frequency.

You can adjust voting frequency on plugin's Buttons tab in Voting section.
